CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Housemade mousse topped with fresh berries

-Preparation:

Dark chocolate is MELTED, then once slightly cooled, WHIPPED with egg yolks, SPRINKLED with sugar and folded with whipped cream, then CHILLED to firm into a fluffy, cold mousse.

-Served: COLD in a glass topped with fresh berries (seasonal and may vary, but usually blackberries, raspberries, etc.)
