FILET

Char-grilled filet, house vegetable, buttermilk whipped potatoes, house made sauce

-Preparation: 
An 8 oz piece of Filet Mignon is CHAR-GRILLED to order.

     **If the guest orders their filet medium-well or well, ALWAYS ask if they would like it BUTTERFLIED. To butterfly a steak is to cut the piece in half along the equator to reduce the thickness, then opened and laid flat on the grill. This allows the filet to cook thoroughly and evenly without drying the meat too much.

-Sides:
     *HOUSE VEGETABLE MIX    

     *BUTTERMILK MASHED POTATOES
    

-Served: HOT on a large plate with a ramekin of house-made zip sauce (Soy saucesugarcreamcorn starch)
