Shrimp, chicken, andouille sausage, crawfish, penne pasta, Cajun garlic cream sauce-

-Preparation: 

SAUTEED to order, this dish is CHOPPED shrimp, chicken, andouille (an-do-yee) sausage and crawfish heated together with penne pasta and TOSSED in a pan with:

Cajun garlic cream sauce: 
pan-sauce GLAZED with white wine
heavy cream
Cajun spice
flat-leaf parsley
garlic

-Served: HOT in a large soup bowl, with grilled bread (1 pc.)
