Cornmeal dusted, lemon caper pan sauce, mashed potatoes, house vegetable

Preparation:

Ohio Lake Erie Yellow-Bellied Perch is DUSTED with cornmeal, PAN-ROASTED and TOPPED with a 

lemon caper pan sauce: 
lemon juice
capers 
buerre blance (white wine/butter)

Sides:
     *BUTTERMILK MASHED POTATOES
     
     *HOUSE VEGETABLE MIX

-Quantity: 8 oz.                        

-Served: HOT on a large plate

-Clarification: There are two kinds of Lake Erie Perch: Ohio (larger) and Michigan (smaller). We use OHIO!
