-Preparation: 

Large pieces of beef tenderloin are SAUTEED in a 
citrus hoisin sauce 
hoisin
cilantro
lime juice
ginger
garlic chili sauce

-Quantity: 6 oz                      

-Served: HOT on a medium plate
