SEARED FIVE SPICE TUNA SALAD

Sesame tuna, mandarin oranges, edamame, red onion, cucumber, tomato, wasabi vinaigrette

-Preparation: 

Sushi-grade yellow Fin Ahi Tuna is is ENCRUSTED with black and white sesame seeds and a

five-spice mixture 
cinnamon
cardamom
clove
ground fennel seeds 
sichuan pepper 

then SEARED (or COOKED TO ORDER), SLICED into strips then laid atop a bed of:

Mixed greens
Red onions
Mandarin oranges
     Cucumbers
     Cherry Tomatoes
     Edamame

-Served: cold, tuna (only slightly warm) on a large plate with a ramekin of the Wasabi Vinaigrette dressing: 
Wasabi powder
pasteurized eggs
olive oil
sesame oil
rice wine vinegar
