Lemon and Wildberry

-Preparation: Scoops of Lemon and Wildberry Sorbet are served in a glass.

-What is sorbet? 

Sorbet is a frozen low-fat, DAIRY-FREE dessert alternative to ice cream, made from sweetened water flavored with fruit juice/purees. It is NOT sherbet, another fruity frozen dessert (the difference being that sherbet also contains dairy!)

-Selling tip: 

Sorbet is sometimes served at high-end events before the main course to cleanse the palate. Suggest it guests who want to have a truly swanky experience.
