SESAME TUNA

Encrusted with black and white sesame sees, Asian slaw, ginger jalepeno rice cake, wasabi vinaigrette

-Preparation: 

8 oz. filet of Yellow Fin Ahi Tuna is ENCRUSTED with black and white sesame seeds and 

five-spice mixture: 
cinnamon
cardamom
clove
ground fennel seeds
sichuan pepper 

then SEARED TO ORDER and served as a whole filet. 

-Sides:
     
*ASIAN SLAW—COLD
 Dikon
 carrot
 red & green cabbage
 red peppers
 red onion 
 TOSSED with sesame oil and rice wine vinegar
 SEASONED with salt and pepper

*JALEPENO RICE CAKE –HOT
   COOKED basmatic rice MIXED with CHOPPED jalepeno and ginger and FRIED

-Served: on a large plate with a ramekin of wasabi vinaigrette on the side for dunking
