SIDE SALAD



-5 stand alone /-3 with entree
Spring mix, red onion, tomato, dried cherries, orange essence

-Preparation:

A MIXED bed of:
Mixed greens (aka “Spring Mix” or “Mesclun Mix”)
Red onions
Cherry Tomatoes
     Dried Cherries
     Orange Essence
    

-Served: on a medium plate with a ramekin of the guests’ choice of:
Sesame Ginger Dressing
Wasabi Vinaigrette
Balsamic Vinaigrette
Ranch
Blue Cheese
Italian
           Olive Oil & Vinegar

*ADD TO ANY SALAD:

CHICKEN    -6 8 oz. grilled chicken breast, sliced
     SALMON     -8 8 oz. salmon filet, pan-seared and finished in the oven, whole
     SHRIMP     -8 3 pieces, grilled, whole
