SEAFOOD PRIMAVERA

Sautéed cod, rock shrimp, asparagus, sun dried tomatoes, kalamata olives in a garlic white wine sauce

-Preparation: 

FLAKED Cod is SAUTEED together with pieces of rock shrimp, CHOPPED asparagus
sun-dried tomatoes
kalamata olives 
tarragon in a 
garlic-white wine sauce and TOSSED with penne pasta.

-Served: HOT in a 12 oz soup bowl with a side of grilled bread
