PENNE POMADORA AU BASILICA

San Marzano tomatoes, garlic, white wine, shallots, basil, extra virgin olive oil. 

-Preparation: 

SAUTEED to order, this dish is CHOPPED San Marzano tomatoes, garlic, shallots, basil and extra-virgin olive oil DEGLAZED in a pan with white wine and TOSSED together with penne pasta.

-Served: HOT in a large soup bowl with a side of grilled bread
