TUNA BURGER

Sesame tuna, wasabi aioli, cabbage slaw and pommes frites

-Preparation: 
An 8 oz. filet of yellow-fin ahi five spice sesame tuna COOKED TO ORDER, on a grilled bun with wasabi aioli (aka wasabi vinaigrette) and TOPPED with Cabbage Slaw
          Red and white cabbage
          TOSSED with sesame oil and rice wine vinegar
           SEASONED with salt and pepper
          
*NOTE: this slaw has no pureed chipotle but the Spicy Cabbage Slaw that comes on the Fish Tacos and with the Short Ribs entrée does!

-Served: with pommes frites/house ketchup
