COCONUT SHRIMP

Black Vietnamese Tiger Prawns, tempura batter, honey lime chipotle-

-Preparation:

THREE Black Vietnamese Tiger Prawns are COATED in a 

tempura batter:
  flaked coconut
  coconut milk 
  cilantro

 and then LIGHTLY FRIED.

-Served: HOT on a medium plate with a ramekin of 
Honey Lime Chipotle Sauce 
honey 
lime zest
lime juice
cilantro
pureed chipotles
