CAJUN MAHI MAHI

Chargrilled, served with pineapple salsa, rice pilaf

-Preparation: 

An 8 oz. filet of Mahi Mahi is CHARGILLED and TOPPED with 
Pineapple Salsa 
pineapple
red onion
cilantro
rice wine vinegar
olive oil
Grand Marnier
salt & pepper

Side:
     * RICE PILAF
          Basmati rice MIXED with FINELY CHOPPED
          Red pepper
          Red onion and SEASONED with
          Cinnamon and saffron  

-Served: HOT, on a large plate

-What is Mahi Mahi? 

Warm water Pacific and Caribbean fish. Meaty, but mildly flakey
