GRILLED MAKO SHARK

Pan-seared fingerling potatoes, house vegetable, sesame vinaigrette

-Preparation: 

An 8 oz. filet of Mako shark is GRILLED and topped with toasted sesame vinaigrette.

Sides:
     *FINGERLING POTATOES 
     (small, stubby and finger-shaped) are 
     PAN SEARED and TOSSED with parsley and thyme
     
     *HOUSE VEGETABLE MIX

-Served: HOT on a large plate

-What is Mako Shark? It is wild caught, steaklike, meaty, mild, not pungent

-Fun fact: fastest shark in ocean, swims at 40 mph and is the highest jumping shark (at 10-15 ft out of the water!)
